    Commonwealth of Dominica ordinary passports: Nigeria tourism eVisa

    Nigeria Immigration Service's current F5A tourism service accepts citizens of all countries and delivers the visa certificate by email before travel.

    • Use the Commonwealth of Dominica regular passport from the national passport service. F5A is tourism only, single entry and up to 30 days.
    • Apply online, upload documents and pay. The emailed certificate is electronic issuance before travel, not online preapproval followed by border issuance.
    • Nigeria excepts ECOWAS States and countries with a visa-waiver agreement. Its current document does not identify a Dominica ordinary-passport exception; this is medium confidence.
