Nigeria Immigration Service's current F5A tourism service makes an online, emailed tourism visa available to citizens of all countries, subject to the stated waiver exceptions and ordinary passport validity.
Use a valid Eritrean ordinary passport with at least six months' validity, photo, return ticket and the listed supporting evidence. F5A is tourism only, single entry and up to 30 days.
Apply online, upload documents and pay the fee. Nigeria Immigration Service says the applicant receives the visa certificate by email; this is electronic issuance, not online preapproval followed by border issuance.
The source excepts ECOWAS member States and countries with a visa-waiver agreement. It does not identify an Eritrean ordinary-passport exception. Work, residence, special passports, carrier rules, Eritrean departure formalities and final admission remain separate.
Only destination governments, official immigration services, official diplomatic missions, and primary legal instruments qualify as published evidence.
