Kazakhstan: named ordinary passports eligible for tourist eVisa
The current MFA eVisa list positively names these nationalities; after applying the easier ordinary-passport visa-free and Mauritian arrival-visa routes, their baseline visitor route is tourist eVisa.
- The current 2026 detailed list has 104 numbered entries. After catalog mapping and its PRC row’s CN/HK/MO/TW coverage, it covers 105 catalog codes; 15 have a better N visa-free or Mauritian arrival-visa route, leaving 90 in this policy. The generic eVisa page says 105 states but supplies no current nationality detail, so the detailed list controls scope.
- Tourist B12 eVisa is single-entry, valid up to 90 days with stay up to 30 days, requires a Kazakhstan-side invitation approved through migration service, online VMP application, payment and a printed eVisa.
- The MFA page limits eVisa entry/exit to the named international-airport checkpoints (its current text says Nur-Sultan and Almaty); the source’s city nomenclature is retained. It is non-extendable and does not establish work, residence, transit, crew, diplomatic/official or admission rights.
- The 2024 government page describes a three-working-day host-arrival notification, while the eVisa page says eVisa holders are exempt from migration registration. Neither text makes notification an ETA or visa authorization; their administrative relationship is not normalized as an eVisa-holder entry condition.
