Finnish ordinary passports: federal Iraq electronic visitor visa

Current Finnish Foreign Ministry guidance requires an ordinary-passport tourist to hold an electronic visa before arrival in Iraq.

    • A tourist using an ordinary Finnish passport must obtain the electronic visa before arriving. The Finnish guidance directs applicants to Iraq's eVisa service and says the rule also covers travel solely to the Kurdistan Region.
    • Work, residence, special passports, transit, carrier rules and final admission remain separate.
