EU, EEA, Swiss and French ordinary passports: visa-free short visits
Current France-Visas guidance expressly exempts EU, EEA and Swiss nationals from overseas-territory visas. FR is represented as visa_free rather than citizenship because the destinations are territorial catalog codes PF and NC.
- Ordinary passport held as a citizen of the listed EU, EEA or Swiss state; up to 90 days.
- This records only the short visitor visa result, not residence, employment, family-member residence cards, identity-document alternatives, transit, special passports or final admission.
- French Polynesia and New Caledonia are outside Schengen and remain separately scoped destinations.
