    German ordinary passports: named visa-free visitor routes

    The Federal Foreign Office expressly records visa-free short-visitor entry for the listed German ordinary-passport destinations.

    • VG: tourism up to 90 days, with an online entry and customs form before departure. XK: entry and stays up to 90 days. UA: up to 90 days in each 180-day period. TN: tourism, private or business stays up to 120 days. PA: up to 90 days. BA: up to 90 days in six months.
    • This records an ordinary German passport short-visitor baseline only; it excludes work, residence, study, special documents, carrier requirements and final admission.

    Listed foreign ordinary passports: visa-free short visit

    Kosovo's live MFA schedule names these nationalities as not requiring a short-stay visa, subject to the separately recorded signed amendments and special-document limits.

    • This is an ordinary-passport short-visitor classification. The MFA's web contact form and downloadable application do not establish an eVisa, ETA, or visa-on-arrival route.
    • The Interior Ministry permits a short stay of up to 90 days in every 180 days, subject to a valid travel document, stated purpose, means, address registration, security checks, and final admission.
    • The MFA separately lists biometric-ID-card and Schengen-document routes. Those document-conditioned exceptions do not broaden this ordinary-passport policy.
    • Fiji remains unresolved because its later signed amendment makes effectiveness conditional on Gazette publication; Botswana, Namibia, and South Africa are covered by the signed 2024 amendment instead.
