Unlisted ordinary passports: Paraguay advance visitor visa
Paraguay MFA's current closed no-visa list expressly requires a visa for an unlisted country; its ordinary visitor procedure is reviewed and completed through a Paraguayan consular office before travel.
- Each listed passport is absent from the MFA's current closed no-visa list; no status is derived from a migration-table omission or another nationality.
- The standard tourist route requires digital filing, consular review and a consular interview; after approval, the visa is collected at a Paraguayan embassy or consulate before travel, so it is an advance visa rather than an eVisa.
- MFA's separate exceptional arrival process requires a justified case, an inviter and prior Ministry approval. It is not an unconditional nationality-wide visa-on-arrival route.
- Work, residence, study, transit, special passports, qualifying third-country documents and final admission are excluded.
