    Russia: Hong Kong and Macao permanent residents with the stated SAR passports visa-free

    The MFA table limits the Hong Kong and Macao passport waivers to permanent residents holding the respective valid SAR passport.

    • Hong Kong is up to 14 days and Macao up to 30 days, each only for a permanent resident holding the matching valid SAR passport.
    • This does not infer eligibility for another Chinese, British, Portuguese, residence or travel-document category.
