Current Foreign Ministry named visa-waiver partners: visa-free entry
The Foreign Ministry's current mobility brief expressly names these additional nationalities within São Tomé and Príncipe's visa-waiver agreements. It is recorded separately because the brief does not publish each underlying agreement or its ordinary-passport detail.
