    Latvian ordinary passports: Chad electronic visitor visa

    Latvia's MFA says Latvian citizens need a Chad visa; Chad now requires new non-diplomatic visitor visa requests exclusively online before travel.

    • Applies to ordinary Latvian-passport short visitors who need a Chad visa.
    • Submit the new request exclusively through evisa.td before travel; standard processing is 10 working days and express processing is 72 hours.
    • Diplomatic and courtesy visas, and all purpose, security, documentary, carrier and final-admission requirements, remain outside this policy.

  1. Submit the ordinary Latvian-passport visitor application through evisa.td before travel.
  2. Travel only after visa issuance and with the required supporting documents.
