Mongolian ordinary passports: Paraguay short tourist visa waiver
Paraguay's live migration schedule directly gives Mongolia a Law 7206 tourist visa waiver for up to 30 days. Law 7206 covers ordinary passports, and Mongolia MFA independently records Paraguay as visa-free for all passport types.
- Applies only to an ordinary Mongolian passport visiting Paraguay as a short tourist; residence, work, study, transit, crew, diplomatic, official, service and special-document routes are excluded.
- The Paraguayan National Migration Directorate's current operational schedule fixes the supported tourist stay at up to 30 days. Mongolia MFA publishes 90 days, so this policy assigns no uniform duration beyond the Paraguayan authority's stated limit.
- Paraguay MFA's separate country-list page omits Mongolia and states a generic unlisted-country visa rule. That is a live publishing conflict, but it does not mention Law 7206; the MFA's own live visa FAQ directs nationality determinations to the Migration Directorate schedule, which expressly maps Mongolia.
- No eVisa, visa-on-arrival, application-form, third-country-document, residence, reciprocity or final-admission entitlement is inferred.
