Montenegrin standard ordinary biometric passports: French West Indies visa-free visit
Both current French West Indies Annex II rule families waive Montenegrin biometric passports, and all current standard ordinary Montenegrin passports are electronic biometric passports.
- FW is the intersection of Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy. Each current Annex II waives Montenegrin biometric passport holders for a short visitor stay.
- The governing passport law makes the ordinary passport an electronic document with a facial-photo and two-fingerprint chip. The ten-year, under-four child two-year and temporarily-unobtainable-fingerprint one-year variants remain that statutory passport; return certificates and special documents are excluded. Former-FRY-form passports have been invalid since 31 December 2009.
- The uniform short-stay cap is 90 days in any 180-day period. Work, residence, transit, Schengen travel, special travel documents, passport validity and final admission are outside this policy.
