Algerian, Moroccan and Chadian ordinary passports: visa-free Mali visits

Mali MFA’s live assistant returns an explicit no-visa decision for the three valid nationality selections when the passport type is ordinary.

    • The valid nationality selections are exactly “Algérie”, “Maroc” and “Tchad”, with passport type set to “Ordinaire”.
    • Independent replays used France and Ghana as residence/competent-post inputs; each valid selection returned the same explicit no-visa result.
    • The portal publishes no short-visitor stay cap; work, residence, diplomatic, official, service, refugee, laissez-passer, special-document and final-admission rules are outside scope.
    • The selector is dynamic and mutable. Unknown nationality values default incorrectly to its no-visa alert: Cyprus is not listed, and invalid “Turquie”/“Turkey” must not be treated as Türkiye.
    • Recheck before use because the assistant has known conflicts with stronger regional and passport-government evidence for other nationalities.
