    Dutch ordinary passports: expressly pre-departure mission visas

    Official Dutch guidance establishes a mission application/issuance route before travel for the listed ordinary Dutch-passport visitor cases.

    • AF: apply at Afghanistan's embassy in The Hague. LR: apply at Liberia's embassy in Brussels. TD: apply at Chad's embassy in Brussels.
    • BD: the Dutch guidance points to the official portal and Bangladesh Embassy in The Hague; Bangladesh's government portal requires an online form to be printed and taken with documents and fees to a Bangladesh mission or visa office, so the online form is not itself an eVisa.
    • This excludes work, residence, transit, special documents and final admission.
