    New Zealand ordinary passports: Paraguay temporary visa-free tourism

    Paraguay Foreign Ministry says Law 7314/2024 eliminates the tourist-visa requirement for New Zealand citizens for stays up to 90 days through 13 August 2027.

    • This statutory temporary waiver is limited to tourism stays of no more than 90 days and expires on 13 August 2027.
    • The same consular page retains an older arrival-visa notice, but the later enacted Law 7314/2024 expressly removes the tourist-visa requirement for the stated period. Work, residence, special documents, carrier and final admission remain separate.
