    El Salvador: CA-4 ordinary-passport entry

    DGME expressly permits Guatemalan, Honduran and Nicaraguan citizens to enter on a valid national identity document or passport. This records the ordinary-passport baseline as visa-free.

    • A foreign traveller already in the CA-4 region must hold a passport and remaining regional stay time granted on first entry.
    • Residence, work, transit, crew, diplomatic, official, service, refugee, stateless and special-document rules are excluded.
