    Montenegro: Peruvian ordinary passport visa-free for 30 days

    Article 3 of the current consolidated Regulation allows Peruvian nationals to enter, transit and stay for up to 30 days with a valid travel document under the reciprocal-travel agreement.

    • Up to 30 days with a valid travel document issued by the competent Peruvian authority, under the reciprocal-travel agreement named in Article 3.
    • This does not extend to diplomatic/service documents, residence, work or other purposes outside the ordinary short-visitor baseline.
