How this access rule is documented

  1. Visa-free

Albania: Saudi and Qatari ordinary passports temporarily visa-free for tourism

MEFA expressly waives visas for Saudi Arabian and Qatari citizens travelling with a passport only for tourism from 15 April through 31 December 2026. This current temporary exemption is narrower than a general nationality baseline.

    • Only tourism and a passport are expressly covered; work, residence, transit, diplomatic, service, special-document and other purposes remain outside this policy.
    • The temporary period must be rechecked after 31 December 2026, together with ordinary passport-validity and final-admission requirements.
