How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeVisa on arrival

Qatari ordinary passport: visa on arrival

The current Parliament-hosted regulations issue a visitor visa upon arrival to citizens of countries with RMI diplomatic ties. Qatar’s Foreign Ministry directly records its joint statement with the RMI establishing those ties; the ordinary visitor route is therefore visa_on_arrival.

    • A visitor visa is issued upon arrival under regulation 7 only after the Director is satisfied about the return ticket, local address, and any other necessary information.
    • The visitor visa is valid for 90 days under regulation 7; issuance and final admission remain subject to immigration clearance and the Director’s statutory discretion.
    • This is an ordinary-visitor nationality baseline only; it does not infer eligibility for diplomatic, official, residence, employment, crew, sponsor, or other special routes.
