    Covered EU ordinary passports gained Marshall Islands short-stay access

    The reciprocal EU–Marshall Islands agreement is provisionally applied from 2016-06-28; no final entry-into-force notice was located in this review.

    • The waiver is limited to valid ordinary passports and short stays of no more than 90 days in any 180-day period.
    • Paid activity is excluded, and ordinary entry conditions and refusal powers continue to apply.
    • Ireland is outside the agreement.

    Marshall Islands citizens: outside foreign visitor-visa scope

    The Immigration Act gives every citizen of the Republic a right to be in the Republic. The same-country ordinary-passport row is normalized as citizenship, rather than a foreign visitor route.

    The Immigration Act expressly exempts citizens of the United States, Palau, and the Federated States of Micronesia from the requirement to hold a visa. This ordinary-passport catalog normalization is visa_free, not an arrival-issued visa.

    The State of Palestine's current ordinary-passport schedule labels this exact destination cohort "Visa is required" and separately labels electronic and arrival-issued routes elsewhere in the same schedule. It is normalized as advance visa required.

    • This is the Ministry's ordinary-passport short-visitor baseline. The source separately labels eVisa and visa-on-arrival rows, so a bare "Visa is required" row is not recast as either route.
    • Georgia and Panama have separately stated waivers for holders of specified third-country visas. Those conditional document routes are excluded from this passport-only baseline.

    The Marshall Islands Embassy requires countries outside its named exemptions and diplomatic-relations cohort to obtain a visa before travel. Armenia's current Foreign Ministry record expressly says bilateral diplomatic relations have not been established.
