    Russian ordinary passports have a temporary Taiwan eVisa route

    BOCA permits Russian ordinary-passport holders to apply for an eVisa from 7 July 2026 through 6 July 2027.

    • This temporary route is limited to ordinary passports and BOCA's visitor purposes and application conditions.
    • An issued eVisa is single-entry for up to 30 days, is not extendable or convertible, and does not guarantee admission.

  1. Confirm the passport and temporary programme dates.
  2. Submit the online application, payment, and any additional documents BOCA requests.
  3. Print the approved eVisa and present it for immigration verification on arrival.
