Rwandan ordinary passports: named visa-free short visits
Rwanda DGIE's current ordinary-passport schedule expressly records visa-free access for Bangladesh, Central African Republic, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali and Niger. The Republic of the Congo row is classified separately from the controlling bilateral agreement.
- This is limited to the named ordinary-passport rows in Rwanda DGIE's current outbound schedule; it is not inferred from EAC, AU, COMESA, bilateral or regional membership.
- For CI, the destination MFA/SNEDAI pages describe a general applicant visa workflow but do not publish a Rwanda-specific override. Rwanda DGIE's passport-specific ordinary row says Visa not required, so the generic applicant route is not normalized as applying to this named visa-free passport.
- Purpose, stay period, accepted document, special passports, carrier rules and final admission remain separate.
