Bahrain: named online-eligible ordinary passports with eVisa route

For these previously unsupported passport rows whose snapshot already records eVisa, NPRA's live country list names the country as online-eligible and its process page confirms an NPRA-reviewed online visa issuance workflow.

    • This policy is confined to ordinary-passport rows that were previously unsupported and already normalized as eVisa in the snapshot. The live online list names the corresponding countries, but says terms and conditions apply and directs a traveller to country-specific eligibility; it does not establish an unconditional exemption or a special-passport rule.
    • The portal describes a genuine pre-travel electronic-visa workflow: the traveller completes the online eligibility and application flow, uploads documents, pays, undergoes NPRA processing, and receives approval notification. It is not merely an arrival-registration form.
    • Passport validity, funds, accommodation, return/onward travel, sponsor, prior-document, residence, GCC-status, profession, purpose, fee, duration, entry-count, security, sanctions, and final-admission conditions remain traveller- and visa-type-specific. They were not exposed as a reproducible code-level crosswalk in this review.
    • The separately promoted GCC-citizenship exemption, Bahrain citizenship, GCC-resident eVisa, family, work, residence, transit, crew, diplomatic, official, service, UN, emergency, refugee, and other special-document routes are not classified by this policy. Border officers retain final admission authority.
