    Schedule 4 named ordinary passports: visa-free entry

    Saint Lucia’s current Revised Laws Schedule 4 directly exempts the named country nationals, including the non-Haitian CARICOM cohort. Singapore is exempt only for stays under 15 days.

    • Applies to the expressly named passport issuers and the named non-Haitian CARICOM foreign-member cohort only.
    • Singapore is visa-free only for stays of less than 15 days.
    • Haiti is expressly excluded by Schedule 4’s temporary visa-requirement carve-out.
    • The statutory waiver does not establish citizenship, residence, work, study, transit, crew, diplomatic, official/service, special-document or individual admissibility treatment.
