Swiss ordinary passports: visa-free short visits
The current SMF waiver notice names Switzerland among the nationalities that may enter São Tomé and Príncipe without a visa for up to 15 days.
- The live SMF notice names Swiss citizens and sets a maximum 15-day stay, a passport valid for at least three months on entry, funds, and return/onward evidence. Law No. 5/2008 supplies the ordinary-passport entry baseline; the notice does not separately describe Swiss special passports.
- This is an ordinary short-visitor nationality baseline only; it does not establish work, residence, business, transit, crew, diplomatic, official or final-admission treatment.
