Swiss ordinary passport: visitor visa issued on arrival
Tonga Revenue's current named country cohort expressly includes Switzerland among travellers who may be issued a 30-day visitor visa on arrival.
- The current Revenue source says the visitor visa may be issued on arrival for 30 days, subject to a valid return ticket to a country the traveller may enter and sufficient funds.
- This is an arrival-issued visitor visa, not visa-free access or a pre-travel eVisa. Work, business, study, residence, diplomatic, official, service, and special-document routes remain outside this ordinary-passport visitor baseline.
- The legacy Embassy page claims a longer Schengen-linked benefit, but its stated 2018 publication context is not controlling against the central current source.
