DR Congo: Kenyan and Tanzanian citizens have EAC visa-free entry

The EAC's current immigration rule gives citizens of every Partner State visa-free entry into other Partner States, and its current overview names DR Congo, Kenya and Tanzania as members.

    • Applies to the ordinary-passport short-visitor baseline for Kenyan and Tanzanian citizens entering DR Congo under current EAC implementation.
    • The EAC page does not state a numeric stay limit. Required travel documents, border operations, immigration controls, public-health rules and final admission remain applicable.
    • A still-live FAQ written in 2016 predates DR Congo's 2022 accession and is not treated as a current exception to the later all-Partner-State rule.
