Named ordinary passports: visa-free visitors
The current Immigration Department list expressly names these ordinary-passport nationalities as not requiring a visa. China and Cuba have a distinct 30-day cap; other listed visitors are normally admitted for holiday or business for up to six months if the published conditions are met.
- China and Cuba are exempt only where travel does not exceed 30 days. The live list's section heading calls its other named European group EU but also names Serbia; this policy follows the explicit country names, not the inaccurate regional label.
- For other named nationals, holiday or business stays may not exceed six months and require a valid passport, onward/return ticket, accommodation confirmation and evidence of funds. Admission remains discretionary.
- This does not establish work, residence, study, crew, transit, diplomatic, official, service, emergency, refugee, stateless or other special-document treatment.
