Why no single status is shown

The imported visa-free label is withheld pending clarification of the official evidence.

New Caledonia's current waiver applies only to biometric Ukrainian passports. Ukraine currently permits qualifying older foreign-travel passports to be extended, so one passport-wide Ukrainian category would erase a material document split; no single route is established for the excluded documents.
