Emirati normal passports: South Sudan eVisa

The UAE Foreign Ministry's current South Sudan page directly selects the normal passport and directs UAE nationals to the official South Sudan eVisa issuer, which provides an approved downloadable PDF before travel.

    • Applies to UAE nationals using a normal passport; the UAE page includes tourism among the stated purposes and describes a 30-day stay beginning on the specified arrival date.
    • Apply before travel through the South Sudan eVisa service. The issuer says an approved eVisa PDF can be downloaded within 72 hours; processing and approval are not guaranteed.
    • Present the approved PDF for verification and passport stamping at the port of entry. Passport validity, purpose-specific documents, carrier requirements and final admission remain separate.
