U.S. ordinary passports: no foreign-visitor visa for the U.S. territories
A U.S. citizen or national is not an alien for federal immigration law; American Samoa also gives U.S. citizens a document route rather than a foreign visitor permit.
- This is normalized as visa_free because the destinations are territorial codes, not the sovereign United States. American Samoa’s current page specifies documentary requirements for non-resident U.S. citizens.
- Residence, identity-document alternatives, military orders, emergency waivers, inspection and final admission are not normalized.
