    Current State Department guidance expressly requires a visa to be obtained before travel for the listed destinations.

    • LY: applications are made at the Libyan embassy in the applicant's country of residence, require MFA approval, and visas are unavailable at the port of entry.
    • SD: obtain the visa from a Sudanese embassy before arrival; SS and CF: obtain the visa before arrival/travel.
    • CG: obtain the visa before travel; invitation or hotel-reservation conditions apply.
    • Visitor purpose, passport validity, invitation, transit, special-document and final-admission conditions remain applicable.
