How this access rule is documented

  1. Current official routeVisa required

Saudi ordinary visitor route for the current noneligible nationality cohort

Visit Saudi's live country selector maps these passports to its noneligible group. For an ordinary visitor without qualifying third-country visa or residence documents, the selection-specific OTHER result requires an advance Embassy, Consulate or Tasheer visa.

    • Ordinary passport and short tourism baseline without a qualifying U.S., U.K. or Schengen business/tourist visa or residence permit, GCC residence, integrated travel package, pilgrimage route or airline stopover product.
    • The live official nationality record maps each named passport to visaGroup noneligible. The selection-specific OTHER response then presents Embassy/Consulate/Tasheer visa requirements and the Saudi Foreign Ministry embassy finder.
    • The advance application requires a passport valid at least six months beyond entry, proof of residence, return ticket, employment and financial evidence, itinerary, identification and a Saudi accommodation address.
    • Conditional eVisa or visa-on-arrival routes for qualifying third-country visa or residence holders do not replace this ordinary passport-only baseline. Issuance and final admission remain discretionary.
