    Turkish ordinary passports: visa-free short visit

    Türkiye's current MFA table explicitly records the listed ordinary Turkish passports as visa-free for the stated short visitor scope.

    • Palestinian access is stated visa-free by the destination, but the MFA says Turkish citizens normally need an Israeli visa to reach it; the Egypt-to-Gaza exception is separate.
    • Syria is visa-free according to the MFA table, but ordinary-passport holders pay a border fee on arrival; the fee is not a visa-on-arrival classification.
    • Tunisia and Ukraine are visa-free up to 90 days; Bosnia and Herzegovina is visa-free for no more than 90 days in 180; Panama is visa-free for three months.
    • This does not establish residence, work, special-document, route, security or final-admission treatment.

    Canadian ordinary passports: Palestinian Territory access via Israeli ETA

    Palestine does not issue its own visas; Canadian access is routed through Israeli ports of entry, where Canada records a required ETA-IL for visa-exempt Canadians.

    • Travellers must pass through Israeli ports of entry and comply with Israeli entry requirements. Canadian travellers from visa-exempt countries need ETA-IL, applied for at least 72 hours before expected arrival.
    • If approved, ETA-IL permits entry to Israel for up to 90 days. This does not establish Palestinian Authority visa issuance, access to Gaza, permit requirements, border opening, residence, work, dual-national, document or final-admission treatment.

    Irish ordinary passports: Palestinian-territory access via Israeli ETA-IL

    The DFA says visa-exempt Irish citizens passing through Israeli-controlled crossings to Palestine need ETA-IL.

    • All entry and exit to Palestine is controlled by Israel. The required ETA-IL applies to travel through Israeli-controlled crossings, rather than constituting a Palestinian visa.
    • The authorization has its stated validity and multiple-entry limits, but checkpoints, Gaza access, closures, permits, residence, security screening and final admission remain separately controlled and may prevent access.

    German ordinary passports: Palestinian Territories access via Israeli ETA

    The Federal Foreign Office treats access to the Palestinian Territories through Israeli-controlled entry as requiring ETA-IL for otherwise visa-exempt German visitors.

    • An ETA-IL confirmation is required before entry to Israel and is checked by airlines before departure; ordinary German nationals need no visa for stays of up to three months.
    • This does not establish a Palestinian Authority visa, access to Gaza, permit requirements, checkpoint opening, Palestinian-ID-holder treatment or final admission.

    Dutch ordinary passports: Palestinian Territories access via Israeli ETA-IL

    The Dutch Foreign Ministry says no Palestinian visa is needed but records Israeli ETA-IL as the required pre-departure authorization for the Israeli-controlled access route.

    • The Palestinian Territories guidance says travel is always via Israel or Jordan. For the Israeli route, a Dutch ordinary-passport holder needs ETA-IL before departure; it permits an Israeli stay up to 90 days and is valid up to two years.

    MAEC says Spain is within the visa-exempt nationalities that must obtain Israel’s ETA-IL for the relevant access route to the Palestinian Territories.

    • The ETA-IL takes effect for access controlled by Israeli authorities; it is not a Palestinian visa.

    Current Belgian guidance says Belgian travellers must obtain ETA-IL before a short stay and expressly extends that requirement to entry into the Occupied Palestinian Territory from Jordan through Allenby Bridge.

    • For the stated short-visitor access route via Allenby Bridge, obtain ETA-IL before travel. This is a travel authorisation rather than a visa and applies to ordinary Belgian passports, not diplomatic or service passports.
